RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery of the product, any requests placed beyond 7 days shall not be accepted. We accept return/replacement requests only if the product is damaged and its videos and pictures are shared while unboxing the product. To place a request, you can email the videos and pictures at officialclaysie@gmail.com with the subject – “Return on Order ID (number)”. Once the request is received, we shall arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address.
The following product conditions shall not be eligible for return under this 7 Day Replacement Guarantee:
• If product exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
• If product has been washed
• if product is not in its original condition
• if product is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
• If product is without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.Product sold as combo/ sets cannot be replaced or returned individually.
Product that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, etc. should be intact. The courier will not accept your item in absence of these.
Refunds:
Once the return reaches Claysie, the refund will be processed, and the same will take about 7-8 working days to reflect in the original mode of payment.
Late or missing refunds:
If you’ve received a notification regarding your refund and the amount hasn’t been reflected in the original mode of payment within 7-8 working days, we request you kindly cross-check with your bank initially.

Exchanges :
We do not accept exchange requests, for now, please raise a return request and place a new order for the item you purchased
Return Shipping :
To return your product, send us an email at care@claysie.com with the subject - "Return for Order ID number". We will arrange for the return pickup from the originally delivered address only.
