Can I replace an item?If the item you ordered arrived in a physically damaged or defective condition or is different from their description on the product detail page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement, provided the exact item is available in stock.

In case the same item is not available in stock, how do I return an item?In order to return an order, go to “Account” section on Claysie website, select “Order History” Login using registered mobile number (used to place the order) and enter the OTP received. Select the order you wish to return/replace.

What are the return guidelines?The item you wish to return must be eligible for return; Once return is received, in accordance with Return Policy, you will be issued refund to your original mode of payment; For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed to your bank account either via NEFT or UPI.

When will I get my refund?If your order was COD, we will credit the amount in your bank account (provided by you), In case of an online payment, we’ll credit the amount into the same account through which you have paid. The refund will be initiated after receiving of the returned product at Claysie.

What are the guidelines to accept shipments?Before accepting shipment of any product, please ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered. In case the package is damaged or tampered, you are requested to refuse to accept delivery. We will assure you refund upon such refused delivery, provided the order is prepaid.
